Four days Beijing before cruise, eligible 144 visa?

Australian citizen fly Brisbane to Singapore then onto BJ. fours days BJ before cruise leaving Tanjian eligible 144 hour visa on arrival?

If your next stop after Tianjin is another country except Singapore, the 144h visa is eligible.
