About:China Visa

144 transit: Macau-Shanghai-Hong Kong

Would it be acceptable to take the route Macau-Shanghai-Hong Kong for the 144 free transit? Or can Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau only be either A or C?

Macau-Shanghai-Hong Kong will be fine for the 144h twov in Shanghai. Nice trip.
