About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong stopover

I have Canada passport traveling from Chiang Mai with a 3hr stop over in Hong Kong then flying to Vano Uber, do I qualify for the 24ht TWOV?

HK is not Mainland China and has its own immigration rules. Canadians do not need a visa for any 90 days' visit. However in your case you will only clear transit security.

Yes no problem. Hong Kong has its own rules you can stay 90 days without a visa with a Canadian passport.
