About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour transit visa needed?

Hi we arrive into shanghai 12th October at 5pm from london and leave Shanghai at 11:30 am on 15th October to go to Hong Kong. Would we need a visa or can we go on the 72 hour free transit?
