About:Hangzhou Travel

can i get tourist visa and make it X1 visa for studing?

I am from Tajikistan. I applied to visa in ambassy of China in Tajikistan but they do not give me visa because of some technical question. If possible can i get tourist visa and the university will make student visa i mean X1 visa

It's hard to say, but you can have a try. After getting a tourist visa to enter China, then change the tourist visa into a student visa. If possible, try to apply for a student visa in advance.

Yes, they can but they just do sometimes.
