About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa. I have a 13 hours layover at Chengdu airport.

Am i eligible for the 24 hours TWOV? As there is no hotel
at Chengdu airport, I plan to stay at Holiday Inn which is close to the airport.

You are not eligible for the 24h twov in mainland China, so you need to apply for a visa for that trip beforehand.
