About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Leave airport within "24 hour Direct Transit"

I have a 15 hour layover at the Guangzhou Airport. I am an Indian passport holder. Can I leave the airport?

Yes, you can leave the airport. You need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport, then you can leave there to explore the city.
