Philippines passport holders can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 14 days. As her stay in HK exceeds the 14 days, she needs a Hk visa. Or between November 24 to December 15, she can exit and re-enter HK to enjoy another 14 days free entry to HK.
