About:China Transit Visa

Transit visa to china as my layover

I am a Canadian permanent residence. And currently holding filipino passport. I am traveling to philippines via China eastern airlines and i have a layover in china for 4hrs before my flight to Philippines. Do i need a visa or free transit for it? Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi, may I know which Chinese city you will have the layover? Then I can tell you if you can apply for the free transit or not.

Shanghai Pudong International Airport will be my layover airport.
