Collectng Tickets purchased on the internet

We have the booking confirmation and details on the IPhone, but need to collect tickets

For the collection, you need that ticket pick up number (start with "E") and the original travel document (passport). You can use both of them to collect the paper ticket at railway station ticket counter.
