How long does it take to get a visa as a visiting non-Norwegian citizens from the EU?
In general, how detailed should the travel plan be? Are the bookings for the return flights plus hotel reservation at the arrival destination enough?

It usually takes four working days for the processing after you submit the application. You can provide bookings for the round trip flights plus hotel reservation at the arrival destination as travel plan, I suppose.
