Is it possible to tour around for 1 day to Jade Dragon snow mountain then Blue Moon Valley?

Our Plan is to go Jade Dragon snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley for 1 day. Is it possible to do that and what itinerary could you suggest from Lijiang Old Town going to that place and vice versa.?
