About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cost of free transit

Is there a processing fee for this visa-free application? Can I do US to PVG for 2 days, PVG to Hanoi for 3 days, Hanoi to PVG 2 for days, PVG to US. Do I need apply twice, when I first arrive and when I return?
