About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

YVR - PEK - CAN - KTM

Hello I am hoping to layover for 144 hours in Beijing from Canada and en route to Nepal, however the only flights out of China to Nepal layover in Guangzhou... will I still be able to transition free transit in Beijing?
Thanks

more than one stop even if same plane limits to 24 hour direct transit. Good news is Canadian passport is eligible to apply in advance for 10 year visa (or remaining length of passport which ever is less).

thank you Paul, I will be flying to HKG - KTM instead. I did attempt to apply for visa but it was too delayed because I had lost my previous one from 10 years ago...

YVR - PEK-HKG - KTM will be fine for the free transit policy in Beijing. No Chinese visa will be needed.
