About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai 144 h flying in from Taiwan and out to Germany (over Taiwan) Can I get the 144 hours twov?

Hi

My flight tickets will be as following
inward TPE -> PVG
stay 3 days in Shanghai
outward TPE -> PVG -> CDG -> HAM (one booking without entering Taiwan)

You cannot. That won't be transit if you fly Taiwan-Shanghai-Taiwan. You need a visa or different flights.
