About:Hong Kong International Airport

Do I need to go through immigration transferring from KE603 to CX157 at Hong Kong Airport?

I am arriving from Korea @ 11am @ Hong Kong with Korean airline (KE603) and going to transfer to Cathay (CX157) to Brisbane @ 12:45. Do I need to go through customs ?
