i will stay in ningbo for about 31/2 days

And am not sure whether I can visit the places within this time frame.My plan is 1)Visit Putoshan and stay for a night cause I did not want to rush for a day as the last boat leave early.2)To see the Xuedou Mount.(1/2 day enough?)3)Asoke temple, Baoguo temple and other temple if possible within 1 day4)Visit the Tianyi square and 'chenghuang' walking  street.(1/2 day or night time).I need recommendation of hotel 3-4 star that able to fit all the schedule. I am checking 1 hotel: Holiyacht Kylie Hotel in Yinzhou district for 3 person which is not at the city center. Is this hotel able to allow me to access to all the places easily ?

Yes, it is pretty close to a metro station and I think this is very convenient for you to visit these places.

For those three temples, it seems quite hard to catch, since those three temples is far from each other, i think if you get a little rush, you can get two places

Teckon Ciel hotel on Middle Siming Road in Yinzhou is nice. I use it for all foreign friends who come to Ningbo. I agree with William those temples are pretty far away...but good luck...if you can, Tianyi library is close to Tianyi Square and one of the oldest libraries in china.
