About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Would it qualify for 144 visa

I travel Warsaw->Osaka->Warsaw (22nd Aug till 10th Sept), while in Japan wanted to make short trip abroad and visit friend in Shanghai. Obviously Osaka->SH->Osaka doesnt qualify.
But would it qualify if trip was Osaka->SH->Incheon(1day)->Osaka?

Thank you for your reply.
And if Flight from Osaka had a stop in Incheon (2h) does it count as flying from Japan or Korea?
Is my assumption correct that what matters is the last flight which took you too Shanghai, hence
Osaka to Shanghai (1 stop in incheon) then flying to Incheon and then to Osaka would be not eglible for 144 free visa. But if i have a ticked Osaka to Shanghai (with 1 stop in Korea, lets say 2h) then flying back to Osaka then it would be eglible?

If you fly Osaka - Incheon - Shanghai - Incheon - Osaka you have to apply for a visa as it's not a transit.
Country A has to be different to country C.
