144 hours visa free at Pudong

I have a flight from Milan to Shanghai via Dubai with Emirates, then flight from Pudong to Dubai where I will be there for 3 days, then back to Milan after 3 days. Please let me know if I am eligible to get the 144 free transit at the arrival in Shanghai. Thank you
