About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I only have travel document and need to travel to Hong kong and china for sightseeing

I am Japanese long term visa holder , living and working in Japan. please could you let me know if I'm able to travel to china and hong kong using my travel document and if yes, how long does the process takes to issue a visa ?

If you have valid visa for mainland China, you can travel to there from Japan. You can apply for mainland China tourist L type from the CVASC in Japan, and it usually takes four working days for the processing.
