Is it possible to climb up the Bell Tower? We heard that it is the best place for the view? Does it need an entrance fee and what is the opening time? How can we get there from the airport?

Yes, it is possible to climb up the Bell Tower to enjoy the view of Xi'an downtown. The entrance fee is CNY 35 per person and the opening time is 08:30-21:00 from March 26 to October 25 and 08:30-18:00 from October 26 to next March 25. Upon arrival at Xianyang International Airport, you can take the Airport Line which head for Xi'an Hotel (Nanshaomen) where you can transfer to Subway Line 2 and get to the Bell Tower directly.
