do I need to apply in person or can I submit in local vfs office?

hello, I m from chittagong, bangladesh. I want to visit china for a leisure tour. do can I submit my visa application from chittagong vfs office?

Yes, you are supposed to submit the application in person. You can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
