transit visa. I am Kazakhstan's and I am going to travel from Kuala Lumper to Astana Kazakhstan

hello all, and I will have two transit in China, will be in Guang Zhou for 20 hours and in Urmji for 18 hours, How I can get Transit G? if I will not get out from the airport should I need entry permit also or not? (can I get visa from airport?)
