Is the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit working in Shenzhen now?

Hello, in this post you say we can get the 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in SZ Airport, and in the other post (144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in China) you say that "is just about to take effect (Guangdong Province - coming soon). Do you know if it's working now? Thanks, Damian
