Already have round trip ticket usa to Shanghai.

I have ticket on Hong Kong Airlines Los Angeles to Shanghai Like to stay in Shanghai for 3 days then fly to Cebu Philippines for 4 days then fly to Beijing for 4 days and fly from Beijing to Shanghai airport to connect with my flight to Los Angeles USA. I plan on not leaving Shanghai airport and go directly to my flight to USA . I have a USA passport and would like to do this Visa Free . Can it be done ?
