About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving Asiana Airlines from Seoul and Embarking AirChina to Franfkut

I will be arriving in Beijing from Seoul on Asiana at 09:50 am

My flight to Frankfut is with Airchina at 14:00 pm

4 hours gap is enough time to do all the connection procedures such as claim luggage, check in again and embark?
