About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Layover in Beijing for 18 hours

Land at 12:50 hours and take off the next morning at 08:00 hours. Can I leave the terminal,do a quick tour and stay in a hotel overnight?

Should be no problem in Beijing especially with hotel reservation
