I'm arriving from Vladivostok, Russia to Beijing and leaving after 5-days to Kiev, Ukraine. As I understand that I can obtain a 144-hour twov, my question is, if the visa-free counter is open on a 24-hour basis? I'll be arriving at 1.00 am in the morning. Thank you!
