Detailed Transfer Process for T3 of PEK when baggage is not checked to final destination

What are the details (what document, what color) for transferring from one international airline to another in T3.
I will have to pick up my luggage and then check in for the 2nd flight.
I want to know the exact name of the document I must complete and where I get it.
Is it a blue 24/144 Hour temporary visa?

If you schedule is eligible for the 24 hour free visa policy, you don’t need to apply for a visa. Following the guide signs in the airport can help you a lot.
