for russian transit in Shenzhen

I am Russian citizen. My Chinese business M is expiring on 1st of August and I am planning to take a flight from Shenzhen to General Santos in the Philippines and then be back on 31st of August to Shenzhen and then next flight would take next day from Shenzhen to Russia. would it be possible to get a transit G in that case ? and where and when can I get it ?
