Chinese get married with Cambodian in Cambodia

Hi,

I'm Cambodian, I will be marrying my Chinese girlfriend in Cambodia soon, she is currently in China, I would like to know how can she get the certificate of single status in China? And also please kindly give me the advice of the required documents and procedures. And what documents are required to be notarized?

She can apply for the certificate of single status from the Civil Affairs Department, and the prepare the application form, her passport, the single status certificate and other requirements to get authenticated from the Cambodia embassy in mainland China. Just for reference.

She went to the civil affairs department. but the officer said she only can get the certificate of single status to get married in 9 countries(Kazakhstan, Finland, Austria, Netherlands, Germany, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico& Poland), so she got the certificate of single status which said she only can get married in German. Since 2015 the certificate of single status has been banned in many big provinces in China.

Maybe you can find a regular agency to help you. But you need to pay money for their service. Good luck.
