As of today, 10 July 2018, is the 144-Hour Free Transit plan for GUANGDONG now active?? If not, is there a confirmed date in 2018 for the plan to take effect? Thanks.

Hi, I haven't heard that the Guangdong 144h free transit has been taking effect yet.

Nathalie,Go take a LOOK at this website......shows current visa information for visitors coming to an important Chinese trade show in September, 2018.From what I read online, the 144-Hour plan is now in effect for Guangdong. WHAT DO YOU THINK??? CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT?
