Netherlands -> Shaghai -> Belgium

I will be flying in to Shanghai from the Netherlands, staying for two days on business and flying back to Belgium (all flights direct, no stop overs). Am I correct in assuming this is covered in the visa-free transfer regulations, so I need no Visa?
