According to the regulations, power bank can be carried on the plane, but it can only be taken with you, not consigned. Secondly, you can only bring the power bank into the plane if it meets the following rules:
1. Its rated energy is less than 100Wh that can be carried on aircraft
2. With rated power from 100Wh to 160Wh, it can be brought to the aircraft upon approval by the airline.
3. It must have clear and comprehensive mark and China Compulsory Certification.
In addition, the civil aviation administration of China (CAAC) also stipulates that no one is allowed to carry more than 2 pieces of power banks.

You can only take not more than 400 pieces of cigarettes.
