About:Snake's Luck Prediction by Month 2025 & 2026

I learned different skills in my job I was born Aug 2, 1965,

but up to now my manager wouldn't promote me seems like he doesn't care and has a lot of excuses instead he permanent the contractor. Should I move to other dept.? Would it be better money and better job if I move?

What about the working environment and your colleagues? You said your performance cannot be recognized by your leaders. My advice is that you should stay calm at first and then think of the reasons. You are suggested to keep a good relationship with your leaders. If you are not satisfied with the salary, working environment and colleagues, just give up and step forward to find a good job.
