I recently arrived in Fuzhou and my mandarin skills are minimal

Hello,
I live in Gulou district by Lakeside international school across from the panda park and I'm interested in getting around by local buses to the main shopping area and some tourist sights, even foreign restaurants. Bus 88 runs by the school but I don't know where it goes as well as other bushes that are close by. Do you know where I can get a bus map in Chinese and English? Or can you tell me what routes will get me where I need to go?
