Shanghai cruise

Hello - we are ravelling from Melbourne to Shanghai (with 2 hr transit stop in Singapore), staying for 3 days the boarding a roundtrip cruise to Japan then flying back out of Shanghai to Australia (again with a2hr transit stop in Singapore).

Would this qualify for the 144 hr free transit?
