About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Can I submit my application at any Consular Office?

I live in Utah and my District Office is listed as Washington DC; my friend lives in San Francisco - can I have him submit my application there?

You cannot submit application at any Consular Office. You should apply from the Chinese embassy in Washington DC where your living area belongs to.
