Hi, is it Yikatong Card can be used in Tianjin? For Tianjin Metro?

The standard Yikatong Card cannot be used in Tianjin but you can purchase one Jingjin Yikatong which can be used in both cities.

May I know where to buy the Jingjin Yikatong Card? Is it the function is the same with Yikatong Card? Can I return the Jingjin Yikatong Card and get the money back if there is remaining?

You can buy it in subway stations. It can be used in most of bus lines and all the metro lines. Yes, you can return and get the money back if there is remaining.
