Hello,
I am a Portuguese citizen. I will be traveling from Bangkok to Shanghai and then back to Portugal, i am wondering if i can get the 72 hours free permit, and if i need to do something before I arrive at Shanghai.

Maria, you can get 144h free transit in Shanghai. You only inform the airline at check-in and you'll be granted the free transit when clearing immigration.
