About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have a 8 hour wait till my next flight at Beijing Capital Airport.

Is there somewhere to shower, take a nap, transit hotel?

Yes, there are transit hotels in terminals. The location of T3: West of public space in Arrival Lounge at 2nd Floor of T3-C.
