144 hour Visa? My wife and I are cruising with Celebrity on the 27th October 2018

and we will be staying over 2/3 nights in a Hotel in Beijing will the 144 hour free transit apply? If so, do we have to apply for this Visa before hand, or can it be done in China? Very confusing information we are getting from our cruise travel agent!
