Tourist Visa. I may want to accompany a friend to China but the plan is not fixed.
Would it be possible to apply for a tourist L when I have landed in Shanghai , at the immigration desk?
I hold a Malaysian passport and I had previously had applied tourist L a few years back with the record in my old passport.
