Shall arrive at FOC and wish to buy above at FOC. Is that possible ?Will be using it around Fuzhou and Huangshan areas - possible ?How much such plan(s) cost ? Thanks, Michael.

I’m afraid you cannot buy one at FOC and you’d better go to a mobile phone business hall in the downtown and then you will get the specific charge of 5GB card.If the card support 3G network, you can use in the domestic freely. You can ask the assistant to activate the service for you.
