About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

South African in transit

Hi. I am a South African citizen traveling from Hong Kong to Beijing with no Chinese entry permit. I depart to South Africa on the same day I land in Beijing. Do I need a visa for being in Beijing? I will be in Beijing for less than 24 hours.

You don't need to apply for it for you are able to enjoy 24 hr direct transit in Beijing. Nice trip.
