Can a South African passport holder apply for a Z visa in Chiang Mai

Hi, I am a teacher working in China and want to reapply for a Z for China. I also require S1 for my dependents. Can I do this in Chiang Mai?

Hi, if you have all right documents, it's possible for you to make the application from the CVASC in Thailand. You can have a try.
