Bound for Manila from SFO with layover of 26 hours at Pudong, can i get out the terminal for sight s

Filipino passport holders need a visa when transit time is longer than 24 hours. Not holding a visa will result in denial of boarding or removal from China, unless you are also holding a US passport which permits 144-hour transit.
