About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Leave China On Date Visa Expires

Hey my visa expires on August 31st, if I fly out of China on that date is that ok? Or is that considered overstaying my visa?

You will be fine so long as you leave the country before August 31st. Don't worry.

Visa expiration does not mean that you have to leave the country before that day. Your duration of stay is from the day after arrival plus whatever the length of stay stated on the visa.
