About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I'm landing in HK from SFO with a layover for 3 hours & on to Chengdu. Staying in Chengdu 4 days

SFO to Chengdu with stopover in Hong Kong for 3 hours then to Chengdu for 3 days. Leave Chengdu for Hanoi Vietnam. Can I qualify for the 144 Transit free visa

Chengdu does not offer 144 hours transit without visa, only 72 hours.
