Visa application documents

I am an US citizen, would like to apply for 10-year multi entry visa to visit my relatives living in Beijing, China.
What other documents do I need to submit along with the application form?

Hi, you need to prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from your relatives.
